Earlier Stage
Very Early thumbnails. Initially there was a cult following of the Tanagari vampires that almost worshiped them. Therefore there was a village near the castle. Later that idea was dropped. and instead it was replaced by ruins of what was a village.

Vampire Castle of Tanagari
A concept for a remote vampire castle located in island inside an frozen lake. This was done as part of Klash Trading Card Game that was being developed by Kobold Arm Games. I used both 3d techniques to create various concepts of the castle set up composition and then after the design was mostly finalized I finished the illustration by hand!
